My fake plants died because I did not pretend to water them.

The photo above is one of the most definitive shots of how bad mealy bug infestation can get. Gross huh? So here we are talking about bugs, insects, and undesirables. It's ironic that we get to talk about this subject. I mean, with tomorrow being Valentine's Day. One could say that Bugs love as well, each other of course, and our plants too. We just wish they would do it somewhere else!

This week's amorous (ok, let's say practical) Blog Post will help you rid your plants of several of these common insects. C.L. has given us some great tips and warning signs that Bug Love is in the air, and how to quell them.

Speaking of Valentine's Day, Hyannis Country Garden has a beautiful array of Holiday themed plants to give your loved one. Why not give a gift that last longer than a week? Why should the bugs get to have all the fun? Oh, and get a room! wink

Poppies! A Personal (and Customer) Favorite
I absolutely love seeing what our customers grow when they post photos of their pride-filled first harvests, blooms, and new discoveries and tag us on social media with #botanicalinterests.
