1 oz Tito's Handmade Vodka
Strip House Fifty Fifty

2 oz Sweetened Lemonade
3 oz Fresh-brewed Iced Tea
2 lemon wedges

Preparation:
Fill a mixing glass to the rim with ice.
Add vodka, lemonade and iced tea.
Squeeze one lemon wedge into mixing glass and then discard.
Shake and pour into tall Collins glass.

4. New Director of Catering: Meet Larry Goldfarb
Larry Goldfarb has joined Westminster Hotel as Director of Catering. Renowned in the industry as one of the finest operators of high-end catering products and services, he brings extensive experience and a unique approach to all facets of the luxury hotel and catering market. Most recently, he was an independent consultant and Director of Catering with Maiden Lane Hospitality (Capitale, Espace/NYC). Says Larry, "I'm excited to be back in my hometown of Livingston, working with the Westminster Hotel and Strip House teams to further enhance their impressive offerings in this highly competitive special and corporate events space."
