Prospect Hill Community Health Center: We welcome new and established patients in the center. For all services at Prospect Hill, please call (336) 562-3311.
Scott Community Health Center:
The center is now scheduling appointments also for Well Child Checks and Sports Physicals in addition to providing comprehensive primary medical care to people in all ages.
