We are living through challenging times in our great country. I believe that Real Estate in Las Cruces is ready for a big surge in purchases; we have a lot of pent-up demand. I have many clients that are ready to move here and purchase homes; they are continually looking at properties and understand that properties priced well go under contract fast. I am also getting a lot of requests for commercial property in Las Cruces. So, if you have a home or commercial property that you are entertaining selling, now would be the time to let me know so we can list it. With the lack of inventory we need new properties to market both residential and commercial. Also, if you’re thinking of buying a home or commercial property, now is the time, interest rates are historically low. I have never seen rates this low ever.
