What I need is the following: I need single family homes to list. Our inventory is very low, and we have plenty of buyers that are approved and ready to buy. All price ranges are needed. I need any multi-family properties (apartments) to list. I have plenty of investors looking to purchase multi-family properties. For the commercial side, I need any single buildings for sale, I need commercial land for sale also. Any restaurant space and especially if it has a drive through. There are plenty of Buyers ready to purchase in all segments of real estate.
