Week 8 - Fall Semester 2022/22

Principal's message:

Happy Friday Coyotes! The week felt like it flew by. I ran into about half of our Advanced Robotics and Mechatronics (ARM) program this morning as they headed off to meet with a couple manufacturing companies who utilize the same technology they learn on in the Mechatronics courses. Who knows, Drawer Box Specialties (DBS) and Rebourne Cabinets are two companies that may be hiring some Coyotes in the future!

The Pink was out on campus today, with ASB hosting an amazing Pinktober Pep Rally in anticipation of the Pink Out Game tonight in the Stadium. Football and Waterpolo were recognized, as well as some great performances by Band, Cheer, and Dance Company. Check out my instagram @principal_berg for pics and videos of the rally.

We caught some staff members out supporting our vocalists at the Fall Choir Concert.  Amazing show by Ms. DeWeese and the Vocal Ensemble group.

Below is our pic of the week, courtesy of BP Yearbook. They were out at the boys water polo game against SHHS this past Wednesday.  Congratulations to the boys on their big win! The team is currently ranked #1 in their division and have 15 wins so far this year. Great job boys!

I hope to see you all in the Stadium tonight with your Pink On! You can even come early and catch the 5pm Water polo game which should be a good one against another ranked team.

If I don't see you, have a great weekend! Go Coyotes!

Students...do you know your SLOs
Student Learning Outcomes
The purpose of SLOs are to increased student awareness of their own learning

Explicitly-stated learning goals give students a way to think and talk about what they have learned. They make it easier for students to “know what they know” and give students a language to communicate what they know to others. Such awareness is considered central to learning that lasts.
Have a Great Week Coyotes!
