April has arrived, and with it comes a full calendar of events, new energy in the building, and plenty happening across the city.
This month, we’ll welcome guests for everything from national championships and industry conferences to fundraisers, community events, and celebrations, with 19 events taking place at RBC Place London. Behind the scenes, our team has also been growing to support a busy spring season ahead.

OASIS Conference 2026 (April 22-24)
This multi-day conference will welcome more than 450 leaders from across Ontario’s developmental services sector. The program includes keynotes, breakout sessions, a trade show, and networking opportunities focused on the future of the sector. Learn More
| | | Breakfast of Champions returns to RBC Place London next month | | | We’re pleased to help shine a light on the Breakfast of Champions, hosted by St. Joseph’s Health Care Foundation in partnership with CMHA Thames Valley, as the event returns to RBCPL next month. | |
As the largest and longest-running event of its kind in Southwestern Ontario, this annual breakfast raises awareness and funds for mental health care in our region. Since 2007, the event has raised more than $2.1 million in support of mental health programs.
This year’s theme, Mental Health in the Digital Age, will explore how technology and social media impact well-being, with guest speakers Carol Todd and Bailey Parnell, followed by the presentation of the Champion of Mental Health & Addiction Awards.

April brings a mix of sports, live entertainment, and cultural events to London.
The London Knights hit the ice for round one of the OHL playoffs, while comedy and live performances take over stages at Canada Life Place and London Music Hall throughout the month.

Beyond those walls, spring in London brings a lively transition, featuring warming temperatures and blooming flowers, making it ideal for exploring parks like The Coves and the Forks of the Thames. Delegates and visitors can enjoy a stroll through Covent Garden Market, breathtaking hiking trails, and lively local festivals.

New Hires: In March, we welcomed 28 new associates to our Event Services team as we prepare for a busy season of conferences, galas, and community events.
