Shir Tzedek/Social Justice Meetings
NEW DATE: Tuesday, June 12 from 7-8:30pm in the sanctuary
A short 90 minutes of your time will help Shir Tzedek determine what social justice issues our community cares about for our own future planning and to share with GBIO. Share your story - hear the stories of others. Even if you have not been active, we want to hear from you. To make this event successful, we are looking for 40 participants to create small group-facilitated discussions in "house meeting" format. PLEASE RSVP to shirtzedek@shir-tikvah.org to sign up. See flyer for details.
Community Conversation with Keshet
Friday night, June 15th at 6:00pm at Temple Shir Tikvah
Join us for a community conversation with Keshet
to prevent anti-transgender discrimination. A potluck dinner will be followed by a Spiritual Journey Shabbat Service at 7:30pm. Everyone is warmly invited to attend.
Fee free to contact Fred Csibi at acsibi@gmail.com with any questions.
We look forward to seeing many members of Shir Tikvah engage in this initiative to ensure protection of our transgender friends across the state!
Core Values Presentation
Monday, June 18 at the temple from 7:30 - 9:00pm in the oneg room
Please join us for the last of our leadership meetings of the year on Monday evening June 18th. This third meeting will follow up on the leadership retreat we had in September and the discussion about our core values that was held in January.  At this meeting, we will present a draft of our core values to you. These core values will help shape the future direction of Temple Shir Tikvah. More details to come. Thank you all for your help.
