15th Annual Tyler Wilcox Memorial Guns n' Hoses Blood Drive
Monday, Dec. 2 - 11:30-6:00 @ Fort Pierre Fire Station
Tuesday, Dec. 3 - 11:30-6:00 @ Pierre Faith Lutheran Church
Wednesday, Dec. 4 - 8:00-2:30 @ Pierre Faith Lutheran Church

Call Vitalant at 605-225-7732 or go to www.vitalant.org and enter code: pierregunsandhoses

This is the 15th year for the drive, which began with Fort Pierre Fire donating blood to help Tyler Wilcox, a Stanley County High School student who was battling cancer and needed blood. His dad, Bob, was a member of the department then, and asked members to help out... and we did. Through the 14 yrs, it has taken in 2,459 units of blood for those in need!! A few years ago, we added the Guns vs Hoses (law vs fire) to run the drive, and it has grown exponentially larger. We want this 15th year to be even bigger than the last. Last years' goal was 365 units, with 420 brought in! This years goal is 400, and we are hoping to surpass that!!
Walk-ins are welcome too!

Pierre Players Presents "Arsenic and Old Lace"
Mortimer Brewster always knew that his family had a bit of a mad gene (his brother thinks he is Teddy Roosevelt), but his world is turned upside down when he realizes that his sweet spinster aunts have been poisoning lonely old men for years. When Mortimer's other brother (recently escaped from prison for the criminally insane) returns on the night that the aunts were planning to bury the newest victim, Mortimer must rally to protect his aunts while trying to keep his own sanity. An uproarious farce on plays involving murder, Arsenic and Old Lace has become a favorite among regional theaters throughout America.
