I know from personal experience that change is not always easy. I moved my family from Israel to the United States more than 25 years ago. We faced various challenges including another language and a different culture but at the same time new opportunities.

The New DICE represents an exciting chapter in my career. Our ambitious vision, coupled with industry-leading development resources and significant investments in cutting-edge technology, positions us at the forefront of monitoring innovation.

We are confident that our alarm and video monitoring event management platform is the most advanced in the market. However, we understand that you may not be ready to change your current automation software.

With that in mind, I want to remind you that while the perception is that DICE is an automation software company for third party central stations, full service central stations, and propriety command centers, we are so much more!

We also provide infrastructure and communication services. Let me stress that this applies for those companies that are using any automation software and not Matrix.

In our UL/ULC data centers, we will also host your automation software. We already host many of our competitor's software here!
