3. Giving Number (if known)
4. Number of Envelope Sets Requested for 2026

This information will help us ensure everyone receives the correct number of envelopes and that our records remain up to date.

Please respond by November 01, 2025, so we can finalize your envelopes in a timely manner.

Youth Missions Gift Card Fundraiser

A percentage of each gift card purchased is donated to the Youth. The more you purchase the more the Youth will receive. See any youth at the Youth Table with the above sign to receive a list of gift cards available for purchase.
