We know that Spiritually empowered people live richer, fuller lives, so we use our teaching, the Science of Mind, to Inspire Lives, Open Hearts, and Empower Lives.

November Affirmation

Wherever I am, I listen with my soul

and give space for the unspoken to arise.

Every encounter deepens my empathy

and offers an opportunity to love.

I practice empathy in actions, words, decisions.

Minister's Corner

During the month of November, we will be exploring the idea of empathy, and how we can expand it in our lives and our world.
It helps to consider empathy NOT as something we DO, but as something we ARE. We can practice it so fully it becomes a way of being. It is an authentic way of creating connection with everyone around us.
I have a pretty good inventory of all my own stories, especially the ones around how I got wounded. Why is it that I do not realize that every single person I pass on the street has a similar litany of experiences they are dealing with, as well?
Maybe they are just as lonely as I am.
Maybe they are clinging to their “last” ray of hope.
Maybe they could use a smile just as much as I could.
The beauty of this teaching is that there is One Source Energy behind everything that is. That we are all cells in the body of the Universe. That, underneath all the external appearances, we are One!
Let’s explore empathy, and how to make it a way of being!

Affirmative Prayer by Cathy Day, RScP

Right here and right now, amidst any "condition" I find myself, I stop and shift my focus and think about the all-ness of Spirit. As I expand upon my understanding of everything Spirit is, I expand my understanding of myself.

All the qualities of Spirit are my qualities. The Power that has created worlds is available to me. The Force that holds each atom of existence in place, opens me to a greater idea of my own power and authority in this creative process of Life.

I open to the influx of the ever-present Love that called *me* into being and I know I am provided for, supported, inspired and lovingly held.

In this contemplation, conditions transform as I step into a new way of being. I am the ambassador of Love, the circulator of this benevolent force, radiating Peace in my world. I am the Heart; I am the Hands; I am the Voice of Spirit on Earth!

I call for an influx of fresh new ideas, inspirations that move me forward into a life of Joy. I accept my place in the creative cycle of life, continually expressing as all life, all substance and all form.

Acting on my new ideas and remembering my true identity, I know everything I am and everything I am doing and everything I am being is blessed and perfect. I embrace Life, even the painful parts, and know life is so worth living and all is well!

I gratefully release this word to the Law of Mind, accepting the full flow of Its action on my behalf for the perfect out-picturing of Love in my experience of Life.

It is Good!

I am GOOD!

It is now and So it is!
