Mixed-Use Center 

The Lowry Redevelopment Authority is repurchasing the Lucky's Market property following their corporate bankruptcy filing in January. The property will be integrated into the mixed-use center. New plans will be required to go through the Boulevard One design review process like any other development.

In the meantime, construction of retail buildings in the center is on schedule, with buildings ready for occupancy late this year. Confluent Development is working with a number of prospective tenants and discussions are underway with interested specialty grocers.

Responding to consumer demand for easy-on-the-knees living, Koelbel Urban Homes rolled out its new Atlas models. The builder's 2,800-square-foot end units tuck the master suite, main living area and attached two-car garage all on the ground floor. The interior units include stairs and an elevator that serves 2,300 square feet on three floors. The Met Condos Open Sales of Second Building
