Pictured above is Rebecca with her six dogs. Left to right is Sven, Paisley, Rio, Asher, MJ and Captain

This video was at the beginning of the Loose Leash Workshop. We had all types of dogs attend this workshop, from reactive ones to ones that constantly pulled on leash. All of the issues were addressed and handlers were taught how to problem solve.

Picture shows the end of the Loose Leash Workshop. All dogs are quiet and sitting close to each other.

Mike and Lia Continuing With Their Passion For Comforting Others.

Pictured above are Lia with Chloe and Mike with Olive their future Therapy Dogs.

We were so blessed to have had Lexie and Ella as part of family for over 12 years. They were sisters, best friends, and life-long students with Jackie starting with Puppy classes. They continued training at Jackie’s Basics And

Beyond achieving their Canine Good Citizen andTherapy Dog certifications. They loved volunteering and were regulars with Hospice, Triangle Springs

Hospital, and many of the fun Dogs With A Purpose events.

Lexi and Ella are greatly missed, and our new pups have big paws to fill! We welcomed Olive and Chloe into our family on July 4 th . We look forward to the great work they will do as future Therapy Dogs. We are so grateful to have Jackie and all of the team at JB&B!

Agility 101/Obedience

The class isn't just about jumps. tunnels, and teeters....the goal is to build your dog's focus, core, confidence, body awareness, and trust!!

Video of Milton mastering his distance work with the "Slow" and "Down".

Puppy Explorer

It is important to bond with your puppy while they are young. This is a class where your puppy will learn to work off leash and follow you through a course full of obstacles and equipment. The goal of this class is to build confidence, body awareness, focus and trust, all while still having fun! This is great for puppies 6 months old and younger.

Pictured below is Chloe a young Golden in her Puppy Explore Class, with trainer Andree. It was her first time in the of tub of water with balls, and she was having no part of it, she had to be picked up and placed in the tub. Chloe was not happy until she realized that sitting in cool water when it's a hot day is truly a wonderful thing.

This is going to be my all time favorite puppy pictures.

Olive learning how to cross over the Mini A Frame. It's all about trust.

We take time letting puppies get familiar with different types of equipment, and textures. By doing this, it helps them with their confidence, balance and trust.

Puppy Basics & Beyond

An advanced puppy class, obedience is taught with distractions, distance and duration. This class is a foundation class for Therapy, Service, Competition Obedience or a well trained dog. Included in the class are obstacles and equipment to build confidence, focus and body awareness. The Icy Treat Block

What you will need to make the Ice Treat Block

  1. Any container that can hold water, be frozen and that you have room for in your freezer.
  2. Add treats, soft or hard, vegetables, fruit, broth, toys or anything that is safe for your dog.

Fill the container one third full of water or broth and freeze. After it has frozen place some treats in the container, use as many treats as you like. Next, you will add more water or broth, about half full and freeze. After it is frozen place more treats and add more water or broth, almost to the top and freeze. Once it has frozen you can place the container in warm water just long enough to loosen the ice block. Once it is loosened from the container remove the ice block and give to your dog outside. Fun for your dog, keeps them hydrated and fun for you because it keeps them busy.
