2017-2018 Annual Commitment


To All Fellow Congregants:

Within the past several days, you should have received an Annual Commitment Schedule for the upcoming 2017-18 fiscal year.

Unfortunately, the schedule did not clearly communicate that the $100 security fee was an additional amount on top of the suggested amount for each commitment level.

For example, the total amount for Single Basic is $1,450 plus $100 security fee for a total of $1,550. The total amount for Family Basic is $2,160 plus $100 security fee for a total of $2,260, and so on.

I take full responsibility for the schedule being unclear, and sincerely regret the ambiguous nature of the communication.

TORAH STUDY

Torah Study will resume in September.
Rabbi's Discussion Group

The Rabbi's discussion group will meet on Thursday, June 22th at 10:30AM. 
FINDING G-D WITH RABBI MATUSON
Wednesday, June 21st at 7PM

Rabbi Matuson teaches this program based on the book Finding G-d by Sonsino and Syme, which contains chapters on significant Jewish thinkers from Biblical times and moving through the Medieval era to modern age.
Yoga Shalom 
and 
Spirituality & Meditation

 
Yoga Shalom and Spirituality & Meditation meets every Wednesday.  Using a DVD with Cantor Lisa Levine and Carol Kurgoff, you will learn to relax your body, calm your mind, and nurture your spirit. We learn to use advanced, gentle chair modifications for each posture sequence.  Immediately following Yoga Shalom is an hour of Jewish Meditation & Spirituality for you to study and grow spiritually within a Jewish framework.

Bring your mat and we will see you at the next session on  June 21st at 10:30AM.
