Brice comes to Cedar Creek with over 20 years of experience in food service management. His most recent position was managing the food and beverage operation at the Nissan plant in Smyrna, TN (the largest production auto plant in North America.) Prior to that he successfully managed several popular casual dining operations including Chuy’s, Chili’s and Lonestar Steakhouse. In his off time, Brice enjoys traveling, fishing and growing his herb and vegetable garden.

Brice is going to be a fabulous addition to our team at Cedar Creek and Fishtales! He looks forward to meeting everyone in the near future when the restaurant reopens!
