During their treatment at Compass, patients continue their education full-time at our fully accredited school. Our Education Department goes above and beyond to ensure that each patient receives the tools they need to succeed academically while simultaneously working towards their goals in treatment!
Kids Corner
To honor Black History Month, our patients decorated the facility with notable leaders who made a great difference across the world!
Recently the patients recognized Harriet Tubman who taught them, "If there is no struggle, there is no progress."
Check out this drawing by one of our patients honoring the legacy of baseball player Hank Aaron!
Warm Wishes
Although we enjoy the winter season at Compass, we are already excited for Spring 2021! Flowers are already blooming for spring here! Let's check out some of the things our patients are looking forward to this year...
Pictured is a flower designed by one of our patients. Our patients enjoy working on art projects outdoors in the spring. We believe that drawing can be a great way to help with mental health issues.
Our patients enjoy engaging in recreational therapy outside. This life-size chess board is always a good time!
Every year we enjoy learning about the seasonal plants in our garden! Spring is just around the corner and our patients are excited to start the garden. What should we grow this year?
Staff Spotlight
If you have ever called or visited Compass Intervention Center, you were probably greeted by Ms. Barbara, our receptionist. We appreciate Ms. Barbara for being a bright light to everyone who walks through the front doors of our facility!
