Update on PAM Studios 'Under Construction'

GSB's architect and the superintendent after working on the sound stage at PAM Studios Rome! The stage will be completed June 28.

PAM Studios Rome is nearing completion. The television and film industry is getting back on track in Georgia, as industry experts operate safely within the CDC guidelines. Georgia Governor Brian Kemp estimates that 40,000 production workers will find jobs at 75 different production projects that are set to begin filming in the coming months, so the future is looking bright and we are honored to be a part of it. Proud to Represent Grandave Studios and several other film & production studio projects across the US

GSB Architects is honored to represent a number of new entertainment studio projects across the country.

With plans of a mixed-use facility with a $200+ million Film & TV production studio project, Grandave Studios at Banning is in the throes of the necessary legal work, licensing and entitlements with GSB’s assistance for bringing their project to the industry. Grandave Studios is estimated to bring apx. 8,000 jobs to Banning, CA which would be tied to the studio and airport facilities. So the team is anxious to move through this process.

And right in GSB Architect’s hometown of Atlanta, the team is working on two confidential entertainment conglomerate expansion projects. And beyond Atlanta, there are other projects in other areas of GA, the Midwest, the West coast and more.
