#1. Worship This Week
Please join us this Sunday as we celebrate EASTER!

Can you imagine what that first Easter must’ve been like for Mary Magdalene? According to the gospel of John, it was a day that started with darkness, confusion, grief, and fear. After all, the tomb that Jesus’ body had been buried in three days earlier was empty. Where did his body go? What could’ve happened?

But then in an instant—after coming face-to-face with the resurrected Jesus—Mary’s world was turned upside down and then she discovered why the good news of Easter is astoundingly good!

Join us this Easter Sunday at Hamilton Mill UMC at any of our four unique worship services and together let’s celebrate the astoundingly good news of the resurrection!

Our team is working hard to ensure that you have access to an Easter worship - whether in-person inside or out, live stream, or via the radio in our parking lot, we're doing everything we can to ensure your safety and to provide as many options as possible.

Reservations required for in-person services. Livestream is being offered at 8:15 am and 11:00 am.

More info about each service is available at hmumc.org/easter

  • 7:00 am Outdoor Sunrise Service; Please bring your own chair if possible (no childcare available)
  • 8:15 am Indoor and Livestream Worship Service (just nursery available)

When we reach capacity in the worship center at 11:00, our overflow in-person experience option will open - this service will be hosted by our worship team so you won't just be watching the service on the screen.

We want to make Easter 2021 a very special experience for your family! Sign up today!

#2. NO Wednesday Night Live
NO WEDNESDAY NIGHT LIVE TONIGHT
Please join us for a Holy Week Service tomorrow or Friday.

Wednesday Night Live will return on Wednesday, April 14.

We are taking a bit of a break from Wednesday Night Live since we have arrived at Holy Week. We hope you will join us either in-person or via live stream for one of our Holy Week services tomorrow or Friday evening.

Please note that we are going to take a break on April 7 as well since that is during Spring Break week. We look forward to being back with everyone on Wednesday, April 14.
#3. Holy Week Services
Holy Week Service: From the Table to the Cross
In-Person Registration is available via hmumc.org/reopening or hmumc.org/easter
Also available LiveStream via Facebook or YouTube

You’re invited to join us either in-person or via LiveStream for Holy Week worship at HMUMC. On Thursday, April 1, and Friday, April 2 at 7:00 pm, we’ll continue our Journey to Jerusalem as we re-live the final 24 hours of Jesus’ life in our two identical worship services: “From the Table to the Cross.”

During both worship services, we’ll journey with Jesus to the Upper Room to commemorate the Last Supper with holy communion, when Jesus and his disciples gathered together for one last meal before his death. Then through scripture, song, and the extinguishing of candles, we’ll follow Jesus to the cross to re-tell the story of his passion, remember his sacrifice, and prepare ourselves to hear anew the good news of Easter. It’s going to be a Holy Week experience that you won’t soon forget.

As with all of our in-person services, reservations are required and can be made via hmumc.org/reopening OR hmumc.org/easter.
We can't wait to see you soon!

We have so much fun worshiping and learning about Jesus! As part of our strict COVID protocol, we have many safety and cleaning processes in place throughout the morning, including masks for anyone 4 and older, social distancing in each room and in the Rooftop, dedicated check-in and checkout for nursery and kids, hand sanitizer for all upon entry and again if they touch anything. In between services, we sanitize everything that is touched including door handles and anything that gets touched or sat on.

Additionally, we have fun one-time use Kids Praise Packs for those that are in worship- we have all sorts of ways to keep your kids entertained and learning while they are at HMUMC! We hope to see you and your kids soon! As always, I'm here for you with any questions!

Hope you're having a great week!
Many Blessings,
