Don't Miss This Sunday!
This Sunday, November 20, is a special service of Thanksgiving. The sanctuary will be filled with the sounds of our organ, played by guest organist Scott Rednour, artist and member of the music faculty at Eastern Washington University. Our Handbell Choir and our children will be leading musical worship alongside our Chancel Choir and Praise Band. It’s a great Sunday to come worship and give thanks!

Liberty Park Community Development Center Toy Store
Dear Congregation,
IT’S THAT TIME OF YEAR AGAIN!!!
Your Neighborhood Outreach Deacons are again sponsoring the TOY STORE drive for the Liberty Park Development Center. This ministry gives needy families a chance to purchase Christmas gifts for their children at a fraction of the actual cost of the item. In these uncertain times, families may need to choose between feeding their families over providing a little Christmas joy for their children.
Sign up for specific ‘wish list’ items at bit.ly/HPPCToyStore2022. Drop off your UNwrapped gifts in the Toy Store box located in the church foyer. An evening drop off is available Wednesday, November 30, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM.
Monetary donations, designated for the Toy Store, are always welcome. We will fill in gaps by purchasing as needed.
If you would like to help set up for the Toy Store at the Children’s Center, signup in the Sign-up Genius under ‘Volunteers- toy store set up’… about 1 hour of time on Friday, December 9, at 2:00pm.
THE DEADLINE FOR TOY DONATIONS IS TUESDAY, DECEMBER 6.
THE CENTER WILL HOLD THE TOY STORE ON FRIDAY, DECEMBER 9.

The quilt is approximately 54" by 54" and would make a lovely covering for a single bed or a striking wall hanging with 16 squares, each containing an appliqued western boot.
Raffle Tickets are $2 each and can be purchased from a Deb's Circle member or after the worship service on Sundays in the Fellowship Hall. The drawing will be held November 27, during Coffee Fellowship after the worship service. You do not need to be present to win.

Away in a Manger? Christmas Beyond the Barn
Wednesdays, December 7, 14, 21, 9:30 AM
When we think about the story of Christmas, we picture animals gathered around the infant Jesus, angels singing, and a star shining over a stable. But the story of Christmas is more than a quiet scene depicted on a Christmas card. For three weeks in Advent, we’ll study stories in the gospels of Matthew and Luke that didn’t happen on a silent night but teach us about the One in the manger. Join us Wednesday mornings at 9:30 in the Skylight Room.
