WORSHIP WITH US

With the disciples we hear Jesus' final prayer in the gospel of John. Jesus' intimate prayer to the Father models the intimacy that marks authentic relationship with God, connects us to the life-giving word, enfolds us in truth, and unifies us to share the gospel.

He is taking a few days off from the trail to attend his annual covenant group retreat then will rejoin the trail outside of Eugene, OR. He is grateful for this time of healing and adventure!

Open House THIS Sunday to Learn About

Guatemala Book Ministry and Reading Program

Amanda Flayer Chif is visiting us from Guatemala. She is the leader and teacher of the teachers for the Libros Abiertos program that Hamblen has been working with in the La Libertad School.

On Sunday, July 30, there is an open house at Mary Mattie's home, 2448 E Girard Place, from 5pm to 8pm. Please come to share a snack and beverage and get to know Amanda and her family. This is an opportunity to learn more about the reading program and about Amanda's school, La Puerta Abierta, in Santiago, Guatemala. Looking forward to seeing you in this informal setting for fellowship.
