Holy Covenant relies on the generosity of our community to continue serving our members. We need to raise at least 4,672 every month to meet our obligations for bills and salaries. We ask for your support today to help us keep our church going.

You can donate through PayPal or Zelle, and every little bit helps. However, please note that PayPal charges a fee to the church. If possible, please consider helping us cover that fee by choosing the Zelle option. You may also mail a check to the church to our address at 9145 Grant Ave, Brookfield, IL, 60513

At Holy Covenant, we strive to provide a welcoming community for all who seek it. Your donation will directly support our efforts to do so. Join us in keeping our church running and donate to Holy Covenant today! Thank you for your generosity.

IT'S SNOWING!

NO PARKING OVER 2"

Attention all drivers! While the cows may have free reign to park wherever they please, we humans have to follow the rules. As a friendly reminder, when there's a snowfall of 2 inches or more, parking on the east side of Maple Ave is prohibited and is the side the church is on. If you choose to ignore this warning, you'll be udderly disappointed to find a ticket on your windshield and your car towed away. Don't let that happen to you! Instead, please park on the opposite side of the street to avoid any hassle. Stay safe and warm this winter season!

SNOW SALTING HELP

We are excited to announce that we have hired a contractor to shovel our sidewalks and stairs after snowstorms. However, we would like to remind our congregants and friends that the contractor will not be salting the area. Therefore, we kindly request that if you are in the area and notice that we have been shoveled, please take a moment to salt the sidewalks and stairs for our safety and the safety of others. The salt will be located outside by the back door for your convenience.

Additionally, we would like to invite you to contribute to the cost of snow removal. If you would like to donate, please indicate so on your donation or Zelle it with a note attached. If you use PayPal, please note it in your donation. Your contribution will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your attention and cooperation in keeping our community safe during the winter season.

SHARE FOOD, SHARE LOVE

FOOD PANTRY NEEDS YOUR HELP!

Food insecurity has become a public health crisis that continues to affect our communities, with an alarming increase of 19 in the number of households facing hunger compared to pandemic levels. The situation is even worse for Black households, as the number has risen by 37. With the recent cancellation of extra money in the SNAP program, it is now more vital than ever to support organizations like Share Food Share Love.

By donating to the Share Food Share Love Food Pantry, you can make a real difference in the lives of those who are struggling to put food on the table. With just a $1.00 donation, you can help provide 3 meals for a family in need. Your generosity can help ensure that our neighbors do not go hungry.

We are calling on all members of our community to help us fight food insecurity by donating to the Share Food Share Love Food Pantry. There is a food box located in front of Tischler's where you can drop off your non-perishable food items 2/47 or bring your food donations to the church and we will take it over. Let's come together to support each other during these challenging times. Thank you for your support!

If you live in the surrounding area of Brookfield, you may qualify to be our neighbor at Share Food, Share Love. You can stop in on Tuesday evenings 7pm to 9 pm and Saturday mornings 10 am to 12 pm to apply and gather up some food for you and your family. If you do come, please try to bring your own reusable bags but if you forget, we will have bags for you.

The food box located in front of Tischler's where you can drop off your non-perishable food into this box 24/7!

Thank you!
