Leave No Trace

Keeping the mountain bike trails litter free is everyone's responsibility. Here are a few things you can do to help.

  1. All experienced riders know not to ride with single use water bottles in their bike's water bottle cage. Don't let your novice friends do it either.
  2. Pack it in, Pack it out. There are trash cans for your convenience throughout the trails. If the trash cans are full take the trash out with you.
  3. At least once per lap stop and pick up a water bottle or other trash you see along the trail.
  4. You don't have to wait until a trail maintenance day to help out your local trail. Grab a couple friends and a trash bag and clean up a trail or two after your next ride.
