Units Completed: 14, 26, 17, 19, 23

Productive week: tree work, bush trimming, clubhouse parking lots.
Units 14 & 26: Heaviest workload, especially along Ramshead and golf cart paths. Mesquite trees dropping many beans, with more still to fall.
Unit 17: Completed, including bridge between Ramshead and Glen Canyon; weeds cleared in rip rap.
Units 19 & 23: High-maintenance due to mature trees along Keys Rd dropping heavy bean loads. Crews perform periodic Friday maintenance to stay ahead.
General: All work orders completed, grass mowed with reduced cutting time due to humidity and occasional rain.

Statements August 2025

When you use your member account to charge at the Pro Shop, Member Services, The Grill restaurant, etc. you will receive a monthly statement with your charges. Statements arrive either by mail or by email.

Statements are sent the first week of the following month. Payment is due by the 25th of the month (for example, your July statement is received the first week of August and payment is due August 25th). It is important to make a prompt payment to ensure your access to the community amenities is not revoked.

For questions regarding your Member Account bill, please email MEMBERAR@robson.com.

The recommended payment method is to visit quailcreekhoa.org to use a credit card or checking account.

1. How to pay online: Visit quailcreekhoa.org and log in using your Member Number and password. Using the navigation bar at the top of the page, select: Member Center > My Account > Monthly Statement Summary & Payments. Select the statement date and make your payment. Use the Recent Charges & Payments page to check on payments and charges made after the statement date. The Monthly Statement Summary & Payments page is updated once a month when statements are issued. The Recent Charges & Payments page is a running total of charges and payments made during the month. Candidates interested in running for the Membership-elected Board seat for the 2026-2027 term may submit a Statement of Intent beginning Tuesday, August 26.
