White Posts Installed in Four-way Intersection

Quail Creek Maintenance has installed white posts at the intersection of Quail Crossing Blvd and Quail Range Loop. The purpose is to provide safety for small vehicles such as golf carts, bicycles, and other non-traditional forms of transportation as they turn right at each stop sign.

Full-size vehicles such as cars, trucks, or motorcycles are to stay clear of this lane.

Thank you, Quail Creek Maintenance

Solicitation is Prohibited in Quail Creek

Homeowners are reminded that solicitation by direct house-to-house contact of homeowners by an organization, company, or individual by ringing the doorbell or knocking at any Residential property is prohibited. Since solicitors do not identify themselves at the gate it is difficult to track their destination. This was the case earlier this week as an individual was knocking on doors in Unit 30/30A seeking to apply a sealant to the flat part of their roof. The individual indicated he was referred by neighbors but could not name them. The truck did not have a company name nor did the individual have a business card. Please report solicitors immediately to Patrol at 520-393-2941, so they can immediately respond and escort the solicitor from the community. To quickly locate them, Patrol will need as much information as you can provide to identify the solicitor, e.g., license plate, make/model of vehicle, description of the individual, and the address where solicitation occurred.
