Waste Management - Memorial Day Holiday

Due to the Memorial Day holiday, service scheduled between Monday, May 29th, and Friday, June 2nd will be delayed by one day. If you use another trash/recycle service, please check with your provider for changes to their schedule.

In recognition of the Memorial Day holiday on Monday, May 29, 2023, the following POA facilities will be closed or have adjusted hours:

• Administration Office - Closed
• Architectural and Landscape Office (ALC) - Closed
• Member Services (Madera Clubhouse) - Open 8 AM to Noon
• Coffee Shop - 7 AM to 11 AM, normal service
• Anza Athletic Club - No group fitness classes. Classes resume on Tuesday, May 30. The fitness center & pool will be open during regular hours of operation - 5 AM - 9 PM. Join the fun at the Memorial Day Pool Party from 11 AM to 1 PM with Brisket Sandwich and Bratwurst specials and music by DJ Warren B
• Grill Restaurant - 11 AM to 8 PM, normal service with Memorial Day Dinner specials, Live Music 6:30 to 9:30 PM featuring Little House of Funk
• Pro Shop - Open regular hours

2024 Concert Series Renewals

DEADLINE - WEDNESDAY, MAY 31, 2023, 4:00 PM

Current season ticket holders for either the Monday or Friday Concert Series are eligible to renew their season tickets for the 2024 Concert Season.

Once current ticket holders are processed, residents will be notified that new concert series tickets are available to reserve.

If you are a current season ticket holder, you must return your form, even if you intend to keep the same seats you currently have.

You can request a seat upgrade on the same form. Requests for seat upgrades will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. All concert forms will be time-stamped upon receipt.

Polychip Unit 14

REMINDER: Sunland Asphalt is scheduled to polychip roads in Quail Creek as follows:

• Unit 14 Polychip: Wed-Fri, May 24-26, Restripe Sat, May 27

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the completion of the Unit 14 Polychip application may occur on Monday, May 29th.

The crews will start at approximately 7 AM each workday.

Vehicle access, including golf carts and bicycles, will have limited access for a short time, approx. 1-2 hours, during this operation.

Please remove any trash and recycle containers from the road and do not park on the pavement.

Construction on the Quail Golf Course

The Quail Course is closed for the renovation project. There are barricades in place at course entry points. The course and cart paths are closed for your safety and protection. DO NOT ENTER THE QUAIL COURSE UNTIL THE RENOVATION IS COMPLETE. This includes before, during, and after construction crews are actively working on the course. Please report sightseers on the Quail Course to Patrol, 520-393-2941.

Bisbee Bus Trip
