Sunland Asphalt has been scheduled in Quail Creek on the following date:

APRIL 11, THURSDAY

Pothole Repair: For this maintenance work, the area that requires patching is cleaned, sprayed with a hot bituminous binder (tack SS-1H) and hot mix asphalt is laid onto the area, then raked and rolled flush to the surrounding surface. Barricades will be in place during the maintenance. Vehicles can drive on the pothole patches as soon as the crew has removed any traffic control barricades around the patch area.

Sunland Letter with Maps

Pothole repair cannot be performed in the wind, rain, or extreme temperatures. If a reschedule is necessary, we will send an updated schedule as soon as possible.

*Please keep children and pets away from maintenance for their own safety*

Sunland will have barricades, cones, and flaggers to direct traffic around the work area. When one lane is completed, Sunland will remove the cones and barricades to allow traffic to use that lane before closing off the other lane. There should be no zigzag from one lane to another. Some flaggers will remain at the Gatehouse while others will move toward the 4-way as the work is being done. That process will repeat when they start the second lane. Please drive carefully in the areas where road crews are working and observe barricades and directions.

Please note that April Bingo is the 2nd Thursday.
