Monthly member statements will be sent out this week. Please see below for reminder instructions on how to submit payment. Please note that your Member Account and Property Account are separate and have different numbers. Your Member Account is for charges made monthly at The Grill, Pro Shop, tickets, etc. and your Property Account is for the bi-annual POA assessment. You can find your Member number in the top right-hand corner of your Member statement. For questions regarding your Member Account, please email memberar@robson.com.

1. Pay your bill on the Quail Creek website - Monthly Statement Summary & Payments::

A. Pay by credit card - 2.5% processing fee applies

B. Pay by ACH (e-check) - no processing fee

2. Send payment through your bank's online bill payment system to the PO Box address below. Include your 8-digit member number to be processed correctly. As a reminder, if you use your online banking system, you should have TWO addresses, one for POA Dues and one for Member Account Payments.

3. Send a personal check to the PO Box address below. Print and send the payment coupon along with your check. Please be sure to write your 8-digit member # on your check. If you use your bank's online bill payment system, check the remittance address.

Pickleball Court Cleaning Schedule - April 6, 13, 20, 27

The Pickleball courts will be closed for cleaning on the following dates and times. Be sure to consult the online reservation system before heading down to the courts.

QC Chorus Does Broadway Show - Ticket Sales April 3rd and 10th

The PAG Mixed Chorus Concert is on Sunday, April 16, at 4:00 PM in the Madera Clubhouse Ballroom. Tickets will be sold by PAG 9:00-11:00 AM in the Clubhouse Lobby on April 3rd and 10th. Construction on the Quail Golf Course Started Monday, March 27th

The Quail Course closed on Monday, March 27th, for the renovation project. There are barricades in place at course entry points. The course and cart paths are closed for your safety and protection. DO NOT ENTER THE QUAIL COURSE UNTIL THE RENOVATION IS COMPLETE. This includes before, during, and after construction crews are actively working on the course. Please report sightseers on the Quail Course to Patrol, 520-393-2941.

The Broadway Concert Experience

Due to unforeseen circumstances, The Broadway Concert Experience, originally scheduled for Monday, March 27, at 7 PM, has been rescheduled to Monday, April 17 at 7 PM.

We apologize for any inconvenience and hope that the majority of residents will be able to attend on the new date.

Ticketholders will have their same seat assignment. Please note that that bar will be open at 6 PM, with the concert at 7 PM.

If you are not able to attend on Monday, April 17th, please contact Member Services, located in the lobby of the Madera Clubhouse. Their hours are M-F, 8 AM to 4 PM, or phone 520-393-5822.

2024 Room Request, Wednesday, April 5th, 8 AM

We will begin taking completed room requests for 2024 on Wednesday, April 5th at 8 AM in the Silver Room. They will be processed according to the date and order indicated on the form by the Activities Department.

Any Quail Creek club or group that wants to use Madera Clubhouse or Kino Conference Center meeting rooms in 2024 must complete and submit a Room Request form along with a signed Facility Use Agreement.

We ask that you please do not bring any 2024 Room Requests to the Concierge Desk before Wednesday, April 5th, as they will not be processed any earlier.
