Spring Festival (March 5) Vendor Registration - Starts Monday, January 23, 8 AM

Spring Festival booth registration opens January 23, 8 AM through February 10, 3 PM. To register please fill out the attached registration form WITHOUT payment along with a signed copy of the Spring Festival Rules and Guidelines Signature Page. We will accommodate as many vendors in the Madera Crystal Ballroom and in the Clubhouse West Parking Lot. Spaces will be limited to the Crystal Ballroom and Clubhouse parking lot. Vendors will need to provide their own tent or shade. Tables will be provided by Quail Creek. The number of tables allotted to each vendor will be based on the number of registrants. Closure for Painting at Pool Area - February 13-15, 5 AM to 5 PM

Valenzuela Painting is scheduled to arrive on Monday, February 13 to paint the shade sail poles at the pool. The project should be complete by the end of the day on Wednesday, February 15. For the safety of the work crew and residents, the pools will be closed from 5 AM to 5 PM. This schedule is dependent on cooperative weather. Any change to the painting schedule will be announced in What's Happening. Thank you for understanding while this necessary maintenance work is completed.

First-half 2023 Quail Creek POA Dues Assessments

Statements were sent out the first week in January via email or the US Postal Service (depending on the delivery method you signed up for). You may also view and pay your dues statement on the Quail Creek website. Dues are due by February 1st and are considered late after February 15th and are subject to a 10% late fee. If you have not received your statement, please email HOADues@Robson.com to request an emailed PDF statement.

Open House Conditional Use Permit

Monday, January 23, 6 PM

On behalf of Vulcan Materials Company, The Planning Center invites you to an open house to discuss a conditional use permit for a new hot mix asphalt plant to be added to the existing sand and gravel operation at 18701 S Old Nogales Hwy in Sahuarita. As part of the conditional use permit process, we are required to host a neighborhood meeting. Quail Creek is not within the notification area but is the closest residential community to the project site. We feel it is appropriate to provide this notice to you and your residents.

Hot mix asphalt is a material primarily used to pave and repair roadways. Vulcan's operations currently include an active sand and gravel mining operation, an aggregate plant, a wet plant, and a ready-mix concrete plant.

The proposed plant will be located in the southeast portion of the site in the existing pit. This location will preclude it from being visible from neighboring properties. The existing berm along the property boundary will remain in place to continue screening the operations from view.

Once fully operational, this site will create 20-25 jobs and supply aggregates, asphalt, and concrete for the local market.

Coffee Shop - Banquet Kitchen Maintenance - Monday thru Wednesday, January 23, 24, and 25

Friendship 1.5K Walk - Saturday, February 11, 9 AM
