Republican Club August Meeting - Friday, August 19, 9 AM (8:30 coffee)
The August meeting of the Republican Club will be on August 19 at 9 AM in the Kino Conference Center. Tim Mooney, a political consultant, will speak about the Fair Elections Act that will appear on the November general election ballot. The initiative includes same-day voting, automatic, and online voter registration, and allows for voting via cell phones. All residents are welcome to attend.

ALC Permit Application Process - Deadline Noon August 19th
ALC approval is required for work that in any way alters the exterior appearance of a homeowner's home, property, and/or landscape within residential areas of the development. Please contact the ALC if you are not sure if a project requires a permit.
The ALC Office is located next to the dog park at 904 N Quail View Loop. The Drop Box by the front door is open 24/7. Appointments can be scheduled by contacting the ALC Clerk at [email protected].
Completed and signed ALC Permit Applications, along with two copies of the project plans/drawings and Town of Sahuarita permits (where applicable) can be hand-delivered or mailed to the ALC Office. A $10.00 cash or check permit review fee must be submitted with each ALC permit application; however the permit review fee for casitas, garages, pools, spas and initial landscaping is $25.00. Checks should be made out to "QCCC".
The ALC Committee meetings are every second and fourth Thursday of the month in the Madera Clubhouse Gold Room. Submittals must be received on Friday by 12:00 PM the week prior to the ALC meeting. Approved permits will be available for pick up at the ALC Office starting at 8 AM on Friday morning, the day after a meeting.

Construction on the Coyote Golf Course - There are barricades in place at course entry points. These are in place for your safety and protection. DO NOT ENTER THE COYOTE COURSE UNTIL THE RENOVATION IS COMPLETE. This includes before, during, and after construction crews are actively working on the course.
