Pool Closures During Monsoon Storms

For the safety of our guests and the integrity of our facilities, pools may be closed during monsoon storms due to the following conditions:

• High Winds: Strong winds can damage pool equipment, furniture, and fencing, creating hazardous conditions. Swimmers may also be at risk of being blown into or around the pool area.
• Heavy Rainfall: Intense rainfall can lead to pool overflow and water contamination, posing health risks and affecting water quality.
• Debris: Storms often bring debris such as branches, leaves, and dirt, which can clog filters and compromise the cleanliness of the pool.

While the Canyon Club indoor pool is not affected by high winds, rainfall or debris, lightning may be a safety factor and will be included in pool closures.

To maintain a safe and enjoyable environment, pools will be closed during active monsoon storms.

Closure notifications will be shared via What's Happening or posted as special announcements when necessary. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Gym Has to Offer!

Now is a great time to get familiar with all the features and equipment available at our Canyon Club Gym! Whether you're new to the community, getting back into a routine, or just want a refresher, our Gym Orientations are the perfect way to learn how to make the most of your workouts.

Gym Orientation Schedule:

• Mondays: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Thursdays: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Saturdays: 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM
• Sundays: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM

Each orientation runs approximately 20 minutes and provides a helpful walkthrough of the gym equipment, proper usage, and safety tips.

Reservations are required and can be made through the Quail Creek HOA website.

Please reserve your spot in advance to ensure individual attention and a smooth experience.

Polychip Repair

Thursday, July 3 - Heber & Ramos

To be Rescheduled due to Weather

Sunland Asphalt is scheduled to polychip roads in Quail Creek as follows:

Unit 23 across from homes, lots 90/91 and the side yard to lot 30

Polychip: The streets will be swept clean and coated with a tough elastic membrane. The oil binder goes down at approximately 375°F and is covered with a pre-coated aggregate to form a new elastic wear surface. Barricades will be in place for the duration of the work; please do not move the barricades. A member of the Sunland crew will remove the barricades once it is safe for vehicles to drive on the pavement. 

Polychip cannot be applied in the wind, rain, or extreme temperatures. If rescheduling is necessary, residents will be notified.

Extended Hours at the Canyon Club

We are pleased to announce extended hours for your weekend enjoyment

Starting July 4th and 5th (and each Friday and Saturday thereafter), the Canyon Club Horizons Bistro will be open from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, offering a relaxed setting for afternoon refreshments including wine, cocktails, draft beer, and non-alcoholic drinks. As a reminder, the Horizons Bistro continues to be closed on Sundays.

In addition, the outdoor pool will remain open until 9:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays, providing more time to unwind and enjoy the evening ambiance.

We look forward to seeing you and hope these extended hours enhance your weekend experience.

Food for the Troops Collection

Green Valley MOAA is collecting non-perishable foods, hygiene, paper, and cleaning products for the troops at the 162nd Wing, AZ Air National Guard now through Friday, July 4.

Collection baskets are in the Clubhouse lobby. Baskets will be in front of the clubhouse on July 4 from 7am to 9am on July 4. Cash donations are welcome too.

2025 Semi-Annual Dues Notice

The 2025 annual POA dues total $3,128. POA dues are assessed semi-annually to your Property Account. The second half is billed July 1st, with payment due by August 1st. A 10% late fee is applied if payment is not received by August 15th.

If your assessment payments are paid as an automatic withdrawal from your bank, please adjust the amount from $1,485 every 6 months to $1,564 every 6 months. Without the update, your dues will be paid short and subject to a 10% late fee on the balance.

Statements are sent either by mail or email. You can update your preferred statement delivery method by contacting Member Services at (520) 393-5822 or emailing HOADues@Robson.com.   

The Quail Creek Country Club POA reserves the right to suspend the privileges of any delinquent member. Suspension may prevent access to services such as event ticket reservations, tee times, charging to your Member Account, or checking in at Quail Creek facilities.

• To pay by check, please send a check to the address listed below in Las Vegas. For the most convenient payment options, visit quailcreekhoa.org to pay via credit card or checking account.
• Paying Online Using the Quail Creek website:

Notice of Temporary Closure

Anza Athletic Club Building

Thursday, July 10 Until 12:00 Noon

The Anza Athletic Club will be closed on Thursday, July 10, until 12:00 noon while Green Valley Heating and Cooling replaces the air conditioning units serving the Rincon and Cholla Rooms.

This work requires the use of a crane to safely remove the old units from the roof and install the new ones. For your safety, please do not cross any posted barriers or restricted areas during this time.

The project is scheduled to begin on July 10 and is expected to be completed by July 11.

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we complete this important upgrade.
