Town Presentation on the Conditional Use Permit Process - March 30, 10 AM

In the response to the numerous emails the Town has received regarding the Vulcan Materials Conditional Use Permit (CUP) application, Town staff are eager to have an opportunity to inform and advise the Quail Creek community of the Conditional Use Permit (CUP) process itself and its general purpose as a land use tool. Also, what to expect as the Vulcan CUP process moves forward over the next several months, and what role residents, the Planning & Zoning Commission, and Town Council play in this process.

Post-emergent Weed Control Application in Common Areas

AAA is scheduled to apply post-emergent weed control on the granite in our common areas during the week of March 20th. The application is colored so residents will be able to see which areas have been sprayed. 2024 Room Request, Wednesday, April 5th, 8 AM

We will begin taking completed room requests for 2024 on Wednesday, April 5th at 8 AM in the Silver Room. They will be processed according to the date and order indicated on the form by the Activities Department.

Any Quail Creek club or group that wants to use Madera Clubhouse or Kino Conference Center meeting rooms in 2024 must complete and submit a Room Request form along with a signed Facility Use Agreement.

We ask that you please do not bring any 2024 Room Requests to the Concierge Desk before Wednesday, April 5th, as they will not be processed any earlier.
