Anza Athletic Club Building

Green Valley Heating and Cooling has advised QC Maintenance that their installation schedule has changed.

The Anza Athletic Club building will be closed on while Green Valley Heating and Cooling replaces the air conditioning units serving the Anza Athletic Club.

This work requires the use of a crane to safely remove the old units from the roof and install the new ones. For your safety, please do not cross any posted barriers or restricted areas during this time.

There are two AC projects scheduled at the Anza Athletic Club

• Thursday, July 10, building closure 9:30am until noon
• Friday, July 11, building closure 9:30am until noon
• Monday, July 14 - no crane, on site to complete installation

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we complete this important upgrade.

The swimming pools will be open and accessible using common area keys. The gate to the left of the building front entrance will have the clamshell removed to allow key access. If you don't have a common area key, please contact Member Services, M-F, 8am-3pm, Madera Clubhouse Lobby

Monthly Member Account

Statements July 2025

When you use your member account to charge at the Pro Shop, Member Services, The Grill restaurant, etc. you will receive a monthly statement with your charges. Statements arrive either by mail or by email.

Statements are sent the first week of the following month. Payment is due by the 25th of the month (for example, your June statement is received the first week of July and payment is due July 25th). It is important to make a prompt payment to ensure your access to the community amenities is not revoked.

For questions regarding your Member Account bill, please email MEMBERAR@robson.com.

The recommended payment method is to visit quailcreekhoa.org to use a credit card or checking account.

1. How to pay online: Visit quailcreekhoa.org and log in using your Member Number and password. Using the navigation bar at the top of the page, select: Member Center > My Account > Monthly Statement Summary & Payments. Select the statement date and make your payment. Use the Recent Charges & Payments page to check on payments and charges made after the statement date. The Monthly Statement Summary & Payments page is updated once a month when statements are issued. The Recent Charges & Payments page is a running total of charges and payments made during the month. • The deadline for permit submittal is Friday, July 11th.
