Plein Air Painting with the Fine Arts and Painting Club on Tuesdays

Join the QCFAPC Plein Air Painters on Tuesdays at different outdoor locations throughout the area. The Plein Air Painters are an informal group and everyone works in their media of choice. Burn Off the Turkey at Anza on November 25th

In lieu of the regular group fitness schedule on Friday, November 25th, Anza is offering 3 classes to Burn Off the Turkey for residents and their registered guests over the age of 18. Use your punch card or $4 drop-in fee.

We have 183 employees who work every day to make Quail Creek a great place to live. Each year we ask residents to consider contributing to an Employee Appreciation Fund. This is an opportunity to give special thanks to our employees. Receiving a gift of gratitude from our residents means a lot to each of them.

Fourteen years ago we created and have each year contributed to the Quail Creek Employee Appreciation Event (QCEAE). The residents of Quail Creek have generously supported those who work tirelessly in our community, be it at Anza, Madera Clubhouse, Patrol, the Grill, Pro Shop, Golf Course, Maintenance, ALC, Administration, Finance, or Grounds, by giving a thank you to show appreciation for their work. Many of these people you never see but they are out there working every day to make our lives better. Your generosity allows us to thank our staff for their service.

Any contribution you make is confidential. We don’t keep track of who contributes so only you will know. We have over 5,000 residents, some who give well over $1,000 and others who give $10. Any amount is appreciated!

If you would like to contribute you can mail a check to QCEAE, 904 N Quail View Loop, Green Valley, AZ 85614 or drop an envelope with your contribution in marked boxes at Member Services in the Madera Clubhouse, the Pro Shop, the Grill Hostess Stand, and at Anza.

Guest Registration Reminder

Do you have guests coming to stay with you for the Thanksgiving Holiday? Here's what you need to know for registration:

The guests must be present at the Member Services desk in order to be registered. This is because they are required to sign a liability waiver, and have their picture taken for their account.

A signed Guest Registration Form with the resident's signature is required for the guest to be registered. Guest Registration Forms can be found on the quailcreekhoa.org website, or at the Member Services Desk.

Read the section on Guests in the Quail Creek CC POA Rules (Article 12, page 20). Please note that you are responsible for educating your guest on the Quail Creek rules.

All Homeowners, Renters, and Associate Members are allowed to have guests.

Member Services is closed on Thanksgiving but is open 8 AM to 4 PM on Wednesday, November 23rd, and 8 AM to 12 Noon on Friday, November 25th. If possible, please try to register your guest at Member Services. Otherwise, you can take your guest directly to the Anza Fitness Center for a temporary pass when Member Services is closed.

Holiday Lights Decorating Contest

Calling all Quail Creek homes!

Our 1st annual Holiday Lights Decorating Contest launches on December 6th and ends on December 18, 2022.



Residents are encouraged to show their festive spirit by dusting off their holiday decorations & untangling those holiday lights. The holidays are made for celebrating! Winners will receive a Quail Creek Grill Gift card with a value of up to $150!

Participants can fill out an entry form by December 4th. Forms are located in the Madera Clubhouse lobby.

Residents can vote by picking up a voter ballot in the clubhouse lobby! The last day to vote is December 18th! Happy Holidays!

Only 4 tickets left for our annual Holiday bus trip to the Fashion Square Mall in Scottsdale. The bus boards at 7 AM and leaves the Clubhouse parking lot at 7:30 AM. New Year's Eve at The Grill - Reservations open now!

A four-course New Year's Eve dinner will be offered at The Grill on Saturday, December 31st, 2022.

Reservations are required, the regular menu will not be available. Background dining music will be provided by Craig Olsen.

Reservations for residents only will continue through Friday, December 2nd. You may stop by The Grill or call the desk at 520-393-5806. Seating times are between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM.

Reservations will be open to the public starting Saturday, December 3rd.

The Nutcracker - December 22, 7 PM

Join us as we celebrate the holidays with Tucson's favorite tradition The Nutcracker presented by Ballet Tucson in partnership with Tucson Symphony Orchestra at the Linda Rondstant Music Hall. The show will be on Thursday, December 22 at 7 PM. The bus boards at 5 PM and departs at 5:30 PM from the Madera Clubhouse parking lot. Exclusive deal of $52! Ticket includes show admission and bus trip. Only 49 seats are available. Tickets are first come first served. Tickets will be passed out upon arrival (Orchestra side).
