Architectural & Landscape Committee
ALC approval may be required for work that in any way alters the exterior appearance of a Homeowners property and/or landscape within residential areas of the development.

The ALC meets with Homeowners and/or their Contractors most Thursday mornings starting at 9:00 A.M. Meetings are held in the Madera Clubhouse, Gold Room.  Homeowners meet with the ALC in the order in which they sign-up. The ALC sign-up sheet is located just outside the Gold Room between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 9:30 A.M. on the day of the meeting.

A completed and signed ALC Permit Application along with two copies of your drawings/plans must be submitted to the POA Admin Office, 904 N Quail View Loop, no later than 4:00 P.M. on Tuesday in order to be considered at the following Thursday morning ALC meeting.
