Unregistered Guests and Dining at

Horizons Bistro at the Canyon Club

Horizons Bistro

• To maintain the integrity of our private club, outside unregistered guests must always be accompanied by a member—no exceptions. As a private club, we are not open to non-homeowners or outside visitors arriving alone.
• Unaccompanied non-homeowners or outside visitors are not permitted to dine at Horizons Bistro. They will be directed to enjoy a meal at The Grill, which is open to the public.

Unregistered Guest Access to Facilities

• Outside unregistered guests who are accompanied by a homeowner must sign in at the front desk upon arrival.
• Unregistered guest access is limited to the Horizons Restaurant and the Activities Room only.
• Use of other amenities—including meeting rooms, fitness center, salon, pool, and similar facilities—is not permitted unless the individual is a registered guest through Member Services located in the Madera Clubhouse Lobby, M-F, 8am-3pm.

Fireplace Schedule and Use at Quail Creek

The fireplaces at the Canyon Club and the Madera Clubhouse are lit daily at 7:00 am and remain on until the buildings close. However, due to warm weather, they are currently turned off earlier in the day.

If the Canyon Club fireplaces are off and you’d like one turned on, please request this at the Reception Desk.

• Fireplace locations: Great Room, Great Room Patio, and Horizons Patio
• The Fire Ring south of the Great Room is also available by request.

For the Madera Clubhouse back patio fireplace:

• Before 3:00 pm: Make your request at Member Services, located in the lobby of the Clubhouse.
• After 3:00 pm: Please contact Patrol at 520-393-2941 to make your request.

Monthly Member Account

Statements November 2025

When you use your member account to charge at the Pro Shop, Member Services, The Grill restaurant, etc. you will receive a monthly statement with your charges. Statements arrive either by mail or by email.

Statements are sent the first week of the following month. Payment is due by the 25th of the month (for example, your October statement is received the first part of November, and payment is due November 25th). It is important to make a prompt payment to ensure your access to the community amenities is not revoked.

For questions regarding your Member Account bill, please email MEMBERAR@robson.com.

The recommended payment method is to visit quailcreekhoa.org to use a credit card or checking account.

1. How to pay online: Visit quailcreekhoa.org and log in using your Member Number and password. Using the navigation bar at the top of the page, select: Member Center > My Account > Monthly Statement Summary & Payments. Select the statement date and make your payment. Use the Recent Charges & Payments page to check on payments and charges made after the statement date. The Monthly Statement Summary & Payments page is updated once a month when statements are issued. The Recent Charges & Payments page is a running total of charges and payments made during the month. URGENT SAFETY NOTICE

Drivers, be advised: the intersection at N Widgeon Ln and Quail Crossing Blvd is a 4-WAY STOP. The flashing stop signs on Quail Crossing Blvd are not optional—they are there to protect lives.

Do NOT piggyback through the stop signs. Every vehicle must come to a full and complete stop before proceeding. Ignoring this rule endangers your life, the lives of other drivers, and pedestrians using the crosswalks.

Failure to stop properly is a serious traffic violation and will be reported.

Stop. Look. Proceed safely. Let’s keep everyone on the road safe.

2025 Annual Employee Appreciation Event

We have 222 hardworking employees who strive daily to make our community a wonderful place to live. Every year, we invite residents to contribute to an Employee Appreciation Fund, offering a chance to express special thanks to these employees. Receiving a gift of gratitude from the residents means the world to each of them.

Seventeen years ago we created and have each year contributed to the Quail Creek Employee Appreciation Event (QCEAE). The residents of Quail Creek have generously supported those who work tirelessly in our community, be it at Anza, Madera Clubhouse, Patrol, the Grill, Canyon Club, Pro Shop, Golf Course, Maintenance, ALC, Administration, Finance, or Grounds, by giving a thank you to show appreciation for their work.

Although our dues cover employee wages, this fund serves as a special thank you. These employees are not highly compensated and face the same higher costs at the gas station, grocery store, and other daily expenses that affect us all..

Your contribution, no matter the amount, is completely confidential. We do not track individual donations; only you will know how much you choose to give. With nearly 6,000 residents, donations range from $10 to over $1,000, and every amount is greatly appreciated.

If you wish to contribute, you can mail a check to Quail Creek Country Club, 904 N Quail View Loop, Green Valley, AZ 85614.

Please make checks out to Quail Creek CC POA. Abbreviations or variations of the name in the check "To" line are not accepted by the bank. You can note QCEAE in the memo line for your records. You can also drop an envelope with your contribution (cash or check) in marked boxes at Member Services in the Madera Clubhouse, the Pro Shop, the Grill Hostess Stand, the Anza Athletic Club check-in Desk, the front desk at the Canyon Club, and the Administration Office, 904 N Quail View Loop.
