Celebrating and Empowering Women at RBC Place London

March brings a strong focus on International Women’s Day, with several empowering events taking place in our facility. On March 3, our team joined our AV partner Encore at their table for "It's Time!" hosted by All Women L.E.A.D. The event, celebrating it's 5th anniversary, drew 360 attendees and featured an amazing mix of speakers about how leadership, financial security, and using your voice can empower and inspire women.

With a team that is approximately 50% women—rising to 70% in administrative and leadership roles—we are proud to celebrate the achievements of women in our industry and beyond. Their contributions help shape our success, and we remain committed to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace for all.
