Tianne is the newest instructor and our resident Reiki Goddess!
Tiann took her first yoga class in 2011 and loved the effects it had on her body as it helped with sciatica nerve pain. In 2013, following the death of her best friend, Tiann discovered a whole new meaning to yoga as she found her way out of grief and loss by committing to her practice. She believes the practice of breath to movement disciplines the mind to heal the body and soul. In 2015 she took her first yoga retreat in Thailand and completed her 200 hr teacher training. Tiann's classes are inspired by Vinyasa with a focus on breath, body awareness, strength, and flexibility.
