Important Worship Information for this Sunday
- Pastor Mark Wimmer will lead worship at 9:30am this week.
- Please park in the main lot and enter the sanctuary at either red door. Pick up your bulletin and Holy Communion elements as you enter the narthex.
- Safety guidelines and protocols for seating will be followed. We ask that you find a seat in a pew with yellow tape on the pew back. The red zones are marked specifically for “no sitting” to maintain the 6 feet social distance guideline. Though there seems to be “wasted space” in some longer pews, the areas are carefully marked so if followed, we can seat up to 100 people in the sanctuary and remain safe. You are asked to choose a pew according to the size of your family. There are single person yellow spaces throughout the sanctuary as well as yellow spaces for larger families. An usher may assist you in finding an appropriate seat. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and willingness to comply with this guideline that seems to suit a diversity of comfort levels.
- If our attendance is larger than 100, we will livestream to the Fellowship Hall.
If you are unable to attend in-person click here for our livestream on YouTube.
Offering boxes will be available inside the sanctuary near each entrance to the church or click here to make an online donation.
Prayer Shawls are on display in the round room. If you know of someone who is in need of comfort, warmth and a reminder of the Lord's all-encompassing love and protection in times of sickness, grief, or sadness, please take one for that person. There is tissue paper and a bag to put it in. Write the date, your name and the recipient's name in the blue notebook that is in the basket on the display, and take a copy of "A Prayer for Comfort." Thank you to all of the members of the St. Matthew's Prayer Shawl Ministry who made these shawls with many hours of love and prayerful thought.
Save the date! Olympic Sunday is coming!
Due to Covid 19, we will not be holding a traditional VBS this year. We hope you will join us for Olympic Sunday instead. This event will follow worship on Sunday, June 6 (in the event of rain we will reschedule to June 13). More information will be coming soon!
