Penn State Homecoming Parade and Pizza Party

Join us for a pizza party this Friday, Sept. 27th, at 5:00 PM in the Social Room, prior to the homecoming parade! All are welcome! Please fill out this form so we can get enough pizza. You can park in the church lot and enter through the Calder Way doors. The parade starts at 6:00 PM, so after sharing pizza we will move to College Avenue to watch the parade and gather candy. Congregation movie night Oct. 11th: Before the Flood

All are invited to a screening of Leonardo DiCaprio's documentary Before the Flood, on Friday, Oct. 11th, from 7;00-9:30 PM on the 3rd floor of the Education Center. In this 96-minute National Geographic film, DiCaprio visits five countries to talk with scientists, activists, and leaders about climate change concerns. Our own climate scientists Don Voigt and Richard Alley will moderate the post-film discussion. We hope to begin a conversation about how we as a church can address problems related to climate challenges. Popcorn and cookies provided!
