SHARE FEEDBACK ON CRANBROOK'S ACCESSIBILITY
The City of Cranbrook is developing an Accessibility Plan to not only meet the requirements of the Accessible British Columbia Act but ensure the City is welcoming and accessible to people of all abilities and disabilities.
The City of Cranbrook's Accessibility Plan will be representative of the stories and experiences of the people with lived experiences: individuals with disabilities, family members, and their support and care partners. We are asking for community input to ensure that the Plan reflects the diverse needs of people living, working, and playing in Cranbrook with the intention of identifying, removing, and preventing accessibility barriers.
Meaningful Access Consulting, on behalf of the City, is inviting individuals in Cranbrook who have a disability or support someone with a disability to share their experiences with accessibility in Cranbrook, at an upcoming focus group.
