The Rotary Club of Greater Corvallis will host a drive-through Halloween opportunity for the youth of local families. The event is designed with two goals in mind: keeping the Halloween festivities alive this season, while also keeping volunteers and guests safe. Thus, attendees through the "Halloween tunnel" may not leave their vehicles at any time during the event. Face coverings must be worn when the windows of the vehicle are open, occupants of a vehicle must be members of the same household or living unit and may not change vehicles during the event, and no motorcycles or bicycles permitted. There will be no food or drink offered other than the bag of treats at the end, no restrooms will be available and there will be a hand sanitizing station and extra masks available.
Only prepackage treats and goodies will be included in the bags handed out in a sanitary environment by volunteers working with masks and gloves. One bag for each child aged 1 - 15 in a vehicle will be handed out just before the cars exit the "tunnel" and return to the fairgrounds south parking lot.
