Meet the Artists

Animoscillator

Watch More TV | Jessie Wilber Gallery

Animoscillator (Dan Haywood) is an interdisciplinary multimedia artist specializing in analog video art and video structures. His work has been featured on stage, clothing lines, and in galleries and storefronts around the world. He has also been commissioned for music videos, ad campaigns, and other promotional material. His work focuses on blending imagery and physical structures, specifically video art and video sculptures. He finds beauty in technology, both what is used to create and distort videos, and what is used to present them.

Jacob Garvin

Delineated Daydreams | Lobby Gallery

Jacob Gavin is a collage artist based in Bozeman Montana. With a background in glassblowing, he brings a unique perspective to his collage art, which began while exploring the benefits of sobriety. While focused mainly on collaging cats for the first 5 years of working in the medium, he has since expanded in subject and dimension. He adds texture through a variety of materials, including textiles which are often thrifted, in order to bring in new depths and playfulness.

Sky

Immersion | Weaver Room Gallery

Born Skyler Robert Zuri Angove, he produces work under the simple name Sky. A native Montanan, and two-time art school dropout, he has spent the last ten years building a unique body of abstract works. A largely self-taught artist with a focus on painting in a wide array of mediums, he has secured a small following both regionally and outside the US. Sky's current work probes the mind, allowing for contemplation rather than immediate answers. It explores the subconscious and the intangible. Creation without pattern or plan.

"These are my hopes, my dreams, my failures, and my triumphs. I offer them to you in the hopes that they may enrich your lives as they have mine." - Sky
