Kauffman Case Study of Chattanooga
The Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, the nation's leading entrepreneurship focused foundation, just released " Little Town, Layered Ecosystem: A Case Study of Chattanooga" as part of its Research Series on City, Metro, and Regional Entrepreneurship.

This report, based on almost a year's worth of research, credits Chattanooga's recent success in creating a dynamic entrepreneur ecosystem with four important factors, the city's publicly owned high bandwidth fiber optic network, the city's deep history of collaboration and public private partnerships, the network of ecosystem serving foundations, non-profits and government organizations, and farsighted community leadership, particularly of the current and recent city mayors.

"Chattanooga has woven entrepreneurship into its civic pride."
