Updates, Additions to Faculty Experts List Wanted

The Office of Marketing and Communications maintains a list of faculty experts for the media to utilize for their reporting. Faculty are often called to provide insight on breaking news, ongoing developments, emerging research, and more.

If you do not have a listing on the site but wish to be included or need to update your entry, please send an email to marcom@isu.edu or call (208) 282-3620.

Field Research Photo/Video Opportunities Wanted

John and Jordon in Photo and Video Services are looking for opportunities to shoot photos/videos of faculty and students out in the field this summer conducting their research.

If you or your students are out in the field over the summer months, please add it to the Google Sheet. Including an item on the spreadsheet does not guarantee that photos or videos will be shot. John and Jordon will attend as their schedule allows.

If you have any questions, email Logan McDougall, Executive Director of College Relations, at loganmcdougall@isu.edu.

Help Us Share Your Accomplishments!

Our College’s outstanding faculty, staff, and students achieve many notable research and professional accomplishments. In addition, our departments regularly have newsworthy advancements. We want to make sure those stories are shared publicly. Here are a few ways you can provide a news tip to help get the word out:

Use this Story Submission Form to send your news tip to the Office of Marketing and Communications.

Send an email to Logan McDougall (loganmcdougall@isu.edu) with a brief description of the news to be shared.

You are always welcome to create a draft story, submit it via the Story Submission Form, or send it to Logan. The Office of Marketing and Communications and Logan will coordinate to get the story finalized and distributed to the media outlets/platforms that best tell the story.
