Great job, Amarissa Cramer, on being named the Career Center's CPI Intern of the Month!

Amarissa is a junior geology major who currently holds a CPI internship with the GIS Training and Research Center at ISU. In her role, she helps build and maintain numerous GIS data layers for ISU campuses in Pocatello, Idaho Falls, and Meridian by using software to review campus floor plans and generate GIS features for campus buildings.

“Amarissa is a quick learner and is becoming an expert in her position, able to offer valuable feedback on standard protocol and offering ways to improve our campus GIS system,” said Keith Weber, director of the GIS Training and Research Center and her supervisor. “When confronted with problems in her work, she seeks to understand the issue and strives to find ways to fix it.”
