Tai Chi- South County Civic Center

Functional Fitness- Morikami Park
A physical activity program focused on balance, flexibility and strength training. Classes are held Tuesdays & Thursdays, 8:30 a.m. at Morikami Park, Delray Beach. RSVP required. FREE ADMISSION
Glades Fitness- Glades Pioneer Park
A total body workout program for all fitness levels with a combination of short resistance and endurance training bursts focused on upper body, leg strength and cardio exercises. Classes are held Wednesdays, 5:30 p.m. at Glades Pioneer Park, Belle Glade. FREE ADMISSION
Open Riding Area and Trails- Jim Brandon Equestrian Center
Bring your horse and explore more than nine miles of scenic trails from sunrise to one hour before sunset. The open riding area is open daily from sunrise to sunset except when a permitted event is scheduled.
