A lifeguard certification course is being offered at Lake Lytal Family Aquatic Center in Lake Lytal Park, West Palm Beach. Pre-test is Thurs, Aug 11 OR Fri, Aug 12, 5:00 p.m. Course dates are Sat, Aug 13, Sun, Aug 14 & Sat, Aug 20, 8:00 a.m. $250/per person.

Ocean Rescue is conducting a seasonal Ocean Lifeguard test. The testing process is in two stages. To qualify for stage 1, a job application must be submitted. Stage 1 is Mon, Aug 15, 7:30 a.m. at North County Aquatic Complex, Jupiter and stage 2 is Mon, Aug 15, 8:30 a.m. at Loggerhead Park, Juno Beach.
