Palm Beach County Parks and Recreation is participating in the national Parks for Pollinators campaign, which is aimed at raising public awareness about the importance of pollinators and the role parks play in advancing pollinator health and native habitat. Organized by the National Recreation and Park Association and The Scotts Miracle-Gro Foundation​, the Parks for Pollinators BioBlitz event is held during September.

Boot Camp- Glades Pioneer Park
A physical activity program that includes a large variety of upper body, leg strength and cardio exercises Mondays & Wednesdays, 6:00 p.m. on Orange Bowl Field at Glades Pioneer Park, Belle Glade. FREE ADMISSION
Functional Fitness- Morikami Park
A physical activity program focused on balance, flexibility and strength training. Classes are held Tuesdays & Thursdays, 8:30 a.m. at Morikami Park, Delray Beach. RSVP required. FREE ADMISSION

Adaptive Pickleball Clinic- Therapeutic Recreation
The Military Adaptive Court Sports team will teach a pickleball fundamentals clinic to veterans

Celebrate Parks for Pollinators month with a nature walk, focused on our native pollinators and the plants they need to survive Fri, Sept 2, 10:00 a.m. at Okeeheelee Nature Center in Okeeheelee Park, west of West Palm Beach. Families/all ages, $3/participant. RSVP required.
Fall 2022 Esports League- Virtual Recreation
Starting Sept 5, register for our FREE virtual recreation Fall 2022 Esports League and compete against your fellow gamers! League games include Rocket League, Fortnite and Brawlhalla. League play dates are Sept 26-Nov 4; 4 regular season weeks + 2 weeks for playoffs.

International Coastal Cleanup- PBC Parks
In partnership with thousands of volunteer groups around the world, the International Coastal Cleanup engages people to remove trash that pollutes the world’s beaches and waterways. Make our community and coasts cleaner and healthier and join a local cleanup on Sat, Sept 17 at select PBC parks. RSVP required. FREE ADMISSION
