Therapeutic Yoga- CMAA Therapeutic Recreation Complex
This body movement class is designed for all abilities to help increase energy through breath awareness while also helping improve balance, muscle strength, mental acuity and reducing stress. Yoga session fee is $50; classes run in 6-week sessions.
Functional Fitness- Morikami Park
A physical activity program focused on balance, flexibility and strength training. Classes are held Tuesdays & Thursdays, 8:30 a.m. at Morikami Park, Delray Beach. RSVP required. FREE ADMISSION

A physical activity program that includes a large variety of upper body, leg strength and cardio exercises Mondays & Wednesdays, 6:00 p.m. on Orange Bowl Field at Glades Pioneer Park, Belle Glade. FREE ADMISSION

Beyond the Wall: Artist Symposium- Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens
